17th september 2011- “customer focus and friendly”, two themes that are consistant with gary and all the staff at good looking optics. My experience is unique in that i have never felt an almost personal optician experience from entering the store, having my requirements met through to the eye test and having a cup of tea and cake! inbetween! Highly recommended and i’m a repeat loyal customer from here on in! Well done garry a the team! Diski and Kiran.
10th september 2011- Avani was very friendly and very proffessional service was provided. The staff are great and helpful. Avani is smart as she found a scar at the back of my right eye and after going to specsavers for so long they didn’t find anything wrong with my eyes. Very pleased with the service and has a great taste in glasses (frames) =D

I just wanted to THANK YOU & Avni more than anything!! Following your prompt actions & recommendations/referral letter yesterday & my visit to Moorfields, I had further tests and the specialists concluded that a brain scan was needed. I did panic initially but following your cheery disposition and PMA, I reali…sed that whatever it is, it is and that we would deal with it! I woke up this morning minus my headache for the first time in five days (and wondered if you adjusting/polishing my glasses as soon as I walked through the door helped!?), and went along for my tests/scan and the Consultation to discuss the results! Thankgod, it was all “normal” and my brain/optical nerve was fine (yes, it’s actually in there!!) .. Thankyou so much, you are amazing and Avni is a star for acting so efficiently -even though whatever it was, miraculously disappeared, I’m pleased I’ve had an MOT -v.useful at my “age” 
!!

We visited Garry at goodlooking Optics through a referral from Paul Moston
Charming, welcoming, professional, informative and slightly mad. Garry’s passion for his business, people and customers service leaps out and leaves you in no doubt about his enthusiasm and commitment to excellence and his goal to ensure that his customers are for life.
It was the most interesting visit to the opticains we have experienced!

When I first came I was given a free cotact lense trial. Since then on several occassions I’ve been given free contact lenses and today have had my glasses adjusted for free whilst the owner not only works on Good Friday but also takes care of his sons. Its always a different experience here and the staff are always helpful.

They always remember my name, they look after anyone I recommend to go to them, they go out of their way to make me feel important even if they are run off their feet. I am so glad they take care of my eyes and I have told my sister about them who has taken her two girls in also and have found it to be a fun experience. Good looking optics is the most friendliest company around, the staff + managament there are always at the top of their game, with the most sexy + stylist eyewhere about. Fantastically helpful over advising on new frames. I never know what suits me and what doesn’t, so have ended up with some real problems in the past.
Now I have great new up to date frames that didn’t break the bank and I get so many fabulous comments about them and how I look in them. All I did was trusted Good Looking Optic’s advice.
Oh and by the way the lenses themselves are excellent – the eye test was really effective.

It was some time since I last had my eyes tested and my glasses were past their best, so having been recommended by a friend, I went to Good Looking Optics in Enfield Town.
I was welcomed by Good Looking Garry and offered a cup of tea/coffee. Then Garry’s Good Looking Optometrist gave my eyes an in-depth test and Good Looking Sinita then took me through the process of selecting a frame and measuring my eyes etc. About 10 days later I received a call telling me that my new glasses were ready. I went to the shop and within a short time I was the proud owner of a new pair of glasses (which have attracted several compliments since). Thank you Garry and your Good Looking colleagues for the most professional and enjoyable optical experience.

I am one of many of the Good Looking Optics work experience students. Throughout my days of being here everyone has been so kind, welcoming and warm-hearted. One of the most important things I felt I have learnt about is good customer service – one of Good Looking Optics most main policies. I have been taught that every customer has to be treated like friends or family, with love. Another aspect where Good Looking Optics has helped me is in my level of confidence. I have always been a very shy person, but while working here the staff have been pushing me to interact with the public and customers through various different tasks like calling people up, letting them know that their contacts or glasses are ready for collection or going out on the streets to encourage people to visit Good Looking Optics (street fighting). These tasks have helped boost my confidence a lot as I now find it easier to professionally talk to people I have never met before. I was impressed with the full range of frames available, designer and non-designer. The staff are great, allowing you to browse as you wish and they even offer you a tea or coffee!
After choosing my frames I was also given sample contact lenses for me to try for FREE rather then being pressured into making a decision right away.
A great find – strongly recommended if you are looking for frames at great prices – and amazing service, which seems to come as standard. This is the place to go.

From the moment I walked in the door I was treated to a high level of customer service by all the staff I met. I was offered a drink and then guided upstairs for my eye examination. During the examination the optician explained exactly what she was doing and why and made sure I was fully relaxed and comfortable. When my eye test was complete she answered all my questions and queries and even gave me some free samples of a new brand of contact lenses for me to try. I have never been to another optician that offered so much. Highly recommended.

What can i say about Garry? Trying to get glasses that my twenty month old baby will wear had thus far been a horrendous experience with no help from the professionals – until i met Garry! He put both me and my daughter at ease and took care of us in no time, coming up with the best glasses for us. My daughter fell in love with them immediately! So if you want the best then pop in to Good Looking Optics, take it from a mother with a long line of bad experiences. As for Garry, well he definately has the X-factor!
